Boiler servicing prices
Standard boiler service – GAS – from £60 – Includes flue analysis.
Standard boiler service – LPG – from £70 – Includes flue analysis.
Full boiler service – GAS – from £110 – Includes flue analysis, main burner clean and advice on a boiler strip down service. Boiler components at extra cost.
Full boiler service – LPG – from £120- Includes flue analysis, main burner clean and advice on a boiler strip down service. Boiler components at extra cost.
Boiler service – OIL – from £120 – Up to 46kW. Boiler components at extra cost.
Unvented hot water cylinder service (G3) – from £70.
Back boiler and fire service – from £140.
Annual check for concentration of chemicals and water cleanliness – from £30.00.
Landlord Certificate prices
Landlord certificate – £90 (1 appliance) – £120 (2 appliances) – £140 (3 appliances)
Landlord certificate and boiler service – from £150
Additional appliances while there – £20 – £30
Boiler components at extra cost.
